Quality of product and service is more than a term to Vision Products. Our commitment to the customer and their needs can be demonstrated throughout the organisation from beginning to end by the number of accreditations held.

Quality of service and delivery is maintained through our ISO 9001:2000 accredited Quality Management System, with our products certified to BSi’s high security Kitemark standards BS7950 and BS7412. Vision Products is one of very few window fabricators in Wales that has their window products certified Secured By Design by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Window installations are registered with FENSA to give customers piece of mind that all aspects of installation are carried out within the approved codes of practice and building regulations.

Vision Products holds the Investors in People award, which demonstrates the value it places in the training and development of all employees to provide the best possible product and service to our customers.
