A wide range of projects include installations for the domestic markets to major new build and maintenance contracts with housing association consortium (DEVCO).

A recent contract includes a new build (Eco Homes) project comprising of 33 properties using special humidity control vents and a Secured by Design specification.

Ongoing schools refurbishment programme for Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council ensures that best value is gained by the Authority whilst properties are updated and well maintained this includes installation of thermally efficient and cost-effective curtain walling systems where existing facades are either failing or require updating to meet current building regulations.
